Balefire: Ashes To Ashes

The bells break the quiet of the night and a magical fire lights up the forest on the hill. The Inquisition arrives to find not a wildfire but something far worse: a witch has murdered one of her own, leaving charred remains in the ashes. Pyre — the Inquisition's young prodigy — is tasked with accompanying Sunniva, the witch responsible, on the fulfillment of her last will before she faces the stake.
