Powernaut Decay

A POWERNAUT drifting in frozen sleep aboard a lonely ship is thawed when sensors detect an unregistered radio signal from an old Imperial outpost on the small planet Erasure. Galactic law flags unregistered signals as potential crimes. The ship crashes on arrival, the POWERNAUT is killed — but the cloning device survives. Newly reborn, the POWERNAUT resumes the mission and begins uncovering the disaster that consumed the Outpost.
