Catamyst

Willow is a Cat Witch who has lived in and guarded the woods for as long as the woods have needed guarding. The current problem is new and specifically disruptive: Amalgamations composed of Chemical Elements and magical Vis have been appearing throughout the ecosystem, destabilizing the natural environment that Willow is responsible for. The source has been traced to an Obelisk that emerged in the forest clearing and has been generating these creatures ever since. Willow's response draws on the full toolkit: brewing potions, collecting the molecular components of the problem, and imbuing Vis into enchantments powerful enough to take the Amalgamations apart.
