Haruto Watari survives another exhausting workday and returns to an apartment that reflects his internal state: cluttered, uninviting, and impossible to muster the energy to address. He collapses into bed without cleaning anything. In sleep, an entirely different world opens — he is the owner of a luxurious Western mansion, and in that mansion there is a maid named Seira whose entire purpose is to serve him. The black tea is excellent. The kindness is real. The dream is going to make the waking life feel considerably less sustainable by comparison.
