Hammercock City has fallen completely. Every category of threat — demons, career criminals, circus clowns, the recently undead — has flooded the streets simultaneously, and the celebrity superheroes who were supposed to handle exactly this kind of situation are either dead or have made themselves unavailable. What remains is whatever you are. Choose a character from the available options, go into the city, and do your best to save Mayor McTrinkle and whatever is left of the infrastructure. Two untouched buildings are reportedly still standing. The mission is to improve on that number.
