Life as Designed

Cho Fukuda has spent her adult career as a freelance costume designer and has reached the point where every project feels like a repeat of the last one. The spark that should make the work worth doing has been absent for a while. When she botches a commission badly enough to lose the client and find herself without any leads, the question she has been pushing aside becomes unavoidable: did she make the wrong choices about her life?
