Biscuit Head has invaded Biscuit Land, and the invasion has been comprehensive. The Badgers who lived there have been kidnapped. A full menagerie of enemies has claimed the territory and made it theirs. The only entity positioned to address this situation is Rocket Panda, and the way forward involves a lot of flying. The badgers need rescuing and the land needs reclaiming, in whatever order the levels demand.
