This is where Jim Weed and Dill Stiff begin — the origin of the band that would eventually save rock and roll permanently. Before the legend, there is Arcade City, a manager who needs convincing, a demo tape to be recorded, and the fact that Joe Bobson and his universally detested band Moo Cow are somewhere in the picture competing for the same goal. Joe Bobson has spent his entire life searching for the Legendary Studio. The history of the Bobson family is scattered across the countryside, and uncovering it is part of what leads to understanding why the path to rock royalty runs through this particular rivalry.
