Neon Veil is a megacity that runs on corporate authority and the labor of people with nowhere else to go. The Zero Circuit is the city's illegal answer to both: an underground combat tournament that serves as the only arena where the rules belong to whoever survives the round. You enter as a rogue operative — hacker, mercenary, or cyber-augmented rebel — equipped with an arsenal of specialized technology: teleportation devices for disappearing into shadows, implants that stretch time at critical moments, cloaking systems that make you invisible, hover packs for vertical mobility, and grapple hooks for moving across the architecture at speed.
