Domus Abscondita

A private investigator accepts a job that seems straightforward on paper: investigate the unexplained disappearances and disturbing phenomena reported at a sprawling family manor in the countryside. Inside the building, the situation is anything but straightforward. Dark corridors connect to hidden passages that open onto rooms where the atmosphere is actively wrong. Each piece of evidence recovered tells a portion of the manor's history — restless spirits, entities of a more hostile variety, and structures in the walls that appear to be deliberate mechanisms leading somewhere the building's original owners clearly did not want found.
