Three strangers wake up inside an abandoned psychiatric hospital with no memory of how they arrived. They were taken by a cult-like religious group calling itself the Order of Serenity — a fanatical organization that believes forcing its captives through a series of sacred rituals will cleanse their karma and bring them closer to genuine enlightenment. The Order has control of the building and uses it as an active environment, manipulating the space and exploiting what they have learned about each person's fears and weaknesses to force participation in what they frame as spiritual transformation. The three must work together to navigate the building, survive the rituals being imposed on them, and find a way out before the Order finishes what it started.
