COBRA has regrouped, rearmed, and launched a new offensive, and the G.I. JOE team is the only thing standing between the organization's ambitions and the world. Players choose from four iconic operatives—Duke, Scarlett, Roadblock, and Snake Eyes—each with a distinct fighting style and set of special moves, and fight through waves of COBRA Troopers, Vipers, and Crimson Guards before facing the organization's leadership directly: Destro, Serpentor, Baroness, and Cobra Commander himself. G.I. Joe: Wrath of Cobra is a retro-styled side-scrolling beat 'em up built in the tradition of arcade brawlers from the franchise's peak era.
