Mysterious murders are happening in the area where Dave lives, and the police have nothing. Determined to draw attention to what is being ignored, he decides to produce a short film about the events. When a local newspaper mentions his project, strange things start happening to him directly. The connection between his film and whatever is actually going on is something Dave did not plan for.
