My Neighbour is a Bunny Demon

Wayne is a mild-mannered zookeeper who recently moved into a new neighborhood and is trying to settle in. The process is complicated immediately by his new neighbor Zoy, who is mean, intermittently alluring, and has already threatened Wayne with death on multiple occasions. His involvement with her pulls him into a web of paranormal incidents and genuine danger: a dead girl's corpse, humanoid fish demons, Zoy's behavior growing more erratic rather than less. Whether all of it connects to a single source is the question Wayne is being forced to answer while fighting to keep his grip on sanity.
