In the lands of Iman, the annual festival includes a ceremony where young people receive the Mindil — magical cloths that hide long-forgotten powers. This year it is Hura's turn, but her experience is unlike any before. Strangers attack the village, trying to steal an ancient power. In the chaos, Hura escapes and discovers a loom that grants her magical abilities through her new clothes. With the elder's blessing, she sets out to learn new abilities, stop the invaders, and unravel a mystery that weaves itself with every jump.
