Reincarnated as a background character in the magical girl anime that my niece loved to watch. If I stay out of it and reach the ending without involvement, I should be able to go home. The final boss showed up at my house unannounced. The protagonist, meanwhile, has quit being a magical girl entirely and is refusing to leave her house. This world is heading toward ruin and I want absolutely no part of it. Then a time traveler who was never in the original story appears with a proposal: help him save the world, and he will help me get home. He also knows my niece's name — a name that should not exist in this world. If that is the price of going home, it may be worth paying.
