Witch and Council

Planet Widy is saturated with Mana particles — so thoroughly that every creature born there carries an innate capacity for magic. Various tribes and monsters have coexisted across its surface until the day a portal opens and chaos erupts. LULU is a witch enrolled at the Magic Academy: perpetually dissatisfied, constantly in trouble, and obsessed with acquiring the most powerful magic available regardless of the cost. She pushes past every boundary until she crosses into the forbidden space at the academy's core. What is driving her obsession, and why did the council fight so hard to stop her from going there?
