Welcome to Vice City. Welcome to the 1980s. Tommy Vercetti is fresh out of maximum security and has been sent south by his boss Sonny Forelli, who finds Tommy's presence in Liberty City inconvenient. Tommy arrives in Vice City and walks straight into a setup. No money. No merchandise. Sonny wants his investment back regardless. Biker gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians are all standing in the way, and most of Vice City has decided it would be easier if Tommy were simply dead. Tommy's conclusion: take the city himself.
