Three years ago, a scientist was killed in an accident while researching Third Energy — a completely clean energy source that government funding had just been pulled from. At the time, it was treated as a minor news item. Recently, an agent investigating a top-secret military program in Borginia brought back information that changed everything: the scientist who supposedly died in that accident three years ago is alive and actively continuing his Third Energy research at a military facility on the isolated island of Ibis. Regina, a government operative, is tasked with extracting him. For her team, it is another mission. For the scientist, it is considerably more complicated.
