Harukuru: Spring has Come True?

The protagonist finds himself on a long spring break with four other girls in a location so remote that it has no convenience store, no cell signal, and no internet connection. The setting includes a large dormitory, a school that appears to be closing, a shuttered farm, ripening fields, snow-capped mountains in the distance, clear waters nearby, and a tower of impossible height that stretches out of sight into the sky. The intent was to spend peaceful days here with these four girls. That intent is abandoned almost immediately when one of them announces the plan she has in mind instead.
