Guy has arranged to meet his girlfriend to combine their shared photos into something provocative enough to shake up a message board. They are both hikikomori who genuinely enjoy each other's company — but circumstances have kept them from being able to live together. Both of them carry trauma from the past and must navigate the unfamiliar terrain of a new, still-unsettled life as they find their footing in it together.
