Align with the Surfacers, who maintain the overworld city by keeping the threats of the deep contained; or descend into the dark and join a mismatched crew operating from a hidden base far below the surface. The divers you encounter are uncertain about you. Read the signals from above, offer them what they need at the right moment, and carefully navigate the emotional dynamics between them to build consensus. Without their cooperation, SubVee stays still.
