Mr. Blob's Honey-Do List

Mr. Blob witnessed his neighbor's marriage falling apart, and it gave him pause. He made a list — a Honey-Do List — of everything he wanted to do for his wife before the same thing could happen to them. He has always been a bit clumsy, a bit timid, and not particularly adventurous. Knowing this about himself, he went to the public fountain, dropped in some coins, and made a wish for help. The universe was listening. Two pixies heard the wish, found it entirely pure in intention, and decided that a handful of coins was a fair trade for a little divine assistance.
