After attending the live concert of the legendary idol Hotaru, you are moved in a way that redirects your life. Years later, you have established your own talent agency. Working alongside your consultant Izumino Koyume, you select new idols through auditions and begin the work of building them toward greatness. The goal is a successful concert at Budokan Hall within three years. Whether you get there depends entirely on the choices you make along the way — and what you are willing to do to support the dreams in your care.
