Seventeen-year-old Jackie knows the rules: test positive for the PX virus and you disappear. When she fails her Wellness Check, she runs. Life Rite's immortality serum is behind the PX virus — a genetic treatment that cures disease but tears the multiverse apart in the process. Hunted and desperate, Jackie travels back in time to stop the serum before it is deployed against the poor and oppressed, unraveling the twisted roots of her own family history along the way.
