Diana's sister Luna and her father Robert were once among the greatest knights in the empire, but Luna left her nation behind, and her father has been stripped of his honor. A sorcerer now whispers into the emperor's ear and conducts unspeakable research to fuel the empire's insatiable need for conquest.
