Abandoned machinery from previous expeditions surfaces alongside cryptic distress signals, while your commanding officer relentlessly directs you toward an anomalous signal emanating from the moon's depths. Each mining run requires careful judgment: pushing further yields richer ore and valuable resources for upgrading your drill and power systems, but venturing too deep risks depleting your battery, damaging your hull, or losing your payload entirely. The moon guards its secrets jealously, and survival depends on knowing when to retreat to the surface depot with your haul intact and your rig still operational.
