Sengoku Ace, fully titled Sengoku Ace: Tengai Episode I and also known as Samurai Aces in the English version, is a vertically-scrolling shoot 'em up video game originally released in the arcades by Psikyo in 1993. The first game by Psikyo, Sengoku Ace was designed by Shin Nakamura, the creator of Aero Fighters (Sonic Wings) and the company's founder. The game features 21 endings, different for various characters and 2-player pairings.

About This Game

In this science fantasy adventure set during feudal Japan's turbulent Sengoku period, six unlikely warriors undertake a perilous mission to dismantle an sinister cult and liberate the shogun's abducted daughter, Princess Tsukihime, from her captors' grasp. The stakes grow increasingly dire as the cult prepares to use the princess in a dark ritual meant to summon and resurrect a demon god of catastrophic power. Racing against time, the team must navigate treacherous landscapes and confront the cult's forces while uncovering the truth behind their plans. What begins as a rescue operation transforms into a battle against supernatural evil threatening to reshape the realm itself.
