In a dystopian 2076, corporate entities have supplanted governmental authority, managing everything from infrastructure to employment and surveillance. Citizens exist under constant evaluation through a Civic Index system that determines their social standing and access to opportunities. Players chart their character's entire existence from birth onward, making choices across relationships, careers, finances, health, and legal matters that ripple through their simulated lifespan in unpredictable ways. The weight of these decisions accumulates over time, with consequences sometimes emerging years after the initial choice, creating a web of cause and effect that defines each unique playthrough. No two lives unfold identically, as the branching paths available ensure fundamentally different trajectories for every player.
