Street Fighter II for Commodore 64 is a home computer port of Capcom’s arcade fighting game. It retains the basic one-on-one fighting format, with players selecting characters and using normal attacks and special moves across individual bouts.
The port is substantially reduced compared with the arcade version because of the Commodore 64 hardware. It uses simplified graphics, limited animation, and adapted controls, and its presentation and responsiveness differ noticeably from the arcade game.
