South Town's ruthless underworld kingpin Geese Howard once seemed unstoppable, commanding fear through brutal force until he murdered the street fighter Jeff Bogard to eliminate a rival. Years later, Jeff's sons Terry and Andy, alongside martial arts champion Joe Higashi, rose up to challenge Geese's reign and apparently brought him down. But whispers soon spread across the fighting world that the tyrant had somehow survived his defeat, reclaiming power and displacing his half-brother Wolfgang Krauser from control of the criminal underworld. Burned by vengeance and armed with newfound determination, the Bogard brothers discover Geese's whereabouts and prepare for a final reckoning.
