Fleshgrinder is an isometric post-apocalyptic action-rpg where every decision has weight. Set in 2053, six months after the Fleshgrinder virus outbreak transformed 70% of augmented humanity into a hive-minded techno-organic collective. Features three distinct characters with their own skill trees, optional friendly fire, hardcore permadeath mode, dismemberment physics, randomized mission areas, 30+ unique weapons, 100+armors, augmentations, consumables, ammo types with deep penetration mechanics and tons of loot with highly randomized attributes. NPCs with lots of side-quests and a faction reputation system which determines trade prices, dialogue choices and overall behaviour. Battle 11 unique enemy types through seamless mission areas in a huge persistent world where everything stays as you left it - all to stop the evolution of the Fleshgrinder and save humanity from extinction.

The corporation's crowning achievement, the Genesis Chamber in remote Alaska, was designed to eliminate the final barriers between flesh and machine through guided techno-organic development. Instead, a quantum anomaly within the system spawned a virus that infected lead researcher Dr. Eliza Chen, granting her impossible capabilities while transforming her into a vector for rapid, weaponized spread. Within three days, the "Fleshgrinder" pathogen had devastated major cities, converting augmented workers into mindless biomechanical hybrids driven by base consumption instincts, collapsing supply chains and social order in its wake. Six months later, humanity clings to scattered pockets of survival—divided between those who rejected augmentation, those who severed their connections, and rare immune individuals—while a mysterious signal from Terminus Point grows steadily stronger, potentially coordinating the virus's next evolutionary leap.
