In Sunny Shine: On the Funny Side of Life you play as Sunny Shine, whose car was flattened by a steamroller. Your goal is to find the only existing duplicate – right in Los Angeles. Using a cursor-based interface, you interact with characters and objects, solve inventory-based puzzles, and face challenges like pop culture quizzes and action scenes. The limited inventory means you'll have to permanently discard items to pick up new ones. Throughout the game, references to L&M cigarettes appear subtly in backgrounds and dialogue.
