About This Game

From the deepest reaches of space emerges Bacterian, a cosmic entity of pure destruction determined to annihilate all life in his path. Commanding the devastating Dark Force, he unleashes a catastrophic wave of energy that systematically obliterates worlds one by one, drawing ever closer to Gradius—humanity's last bastion of hope. Despite mobilizing every defensive resource available, the planet's military realizes their fortifications may not survive the onslaught. In this moment of desperation, the Vic Viper, an advanced super-dimensional fighter, is deployed as the final hope against annihilation, tasked with venturing into the void to confront an enemy whose power defies conventional comprehension.
