YuYu Hakusho

A street fighter named Yusuke discovers he's part spirit detective, a guardian tasked with investigating supernatural threats that blur the line between the human and demon worlds. After narrowly surviving his own death, he's given a second chance at life in exchange for accepting this dangerous role. The narrative propels him through increasingly high-stakes confrontations, beginning with a deadly martial arts tournament where the strongest fighters from multiple realms compete, and escalating toward a confrontation with a powerful adversary whose ambitions threaten both worlds. Along the way, Yusuke must rely on a small circle of allies—some former enemies—to overcome challenges that test not just his combat prowess but his resolve and loyalty.
