Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer

It is 2017 in a Tokyo reshaped by disaster. A catastrophic 1999 earthquake destroyed the entire Kanto region, forcing the government to relocate to a 115-square-mile artificial island in Tokyo Bay, managed entirely by a central computer. At the heart of the island stands the enormous National Belnar Institute, housing over 105,400 students. Since a new principal took over the Institute, unspeakable acts of evil have been multiplying across the supposedly controlled island. Now a man named Isato Kaiza arrives with the Kaizer Stone—a crystal that concentrates fighting energy—and steps forward as the Burning Hero Gowcaizer to confront the spreading darkness.
