Super Taiwanese Baseball League improves on its predecessor, the Mega Drive game World Pro Baseball — itself modeled after Power League '93 for the PC Engine — by introducing full licensing from the Chinese Professional Baseball League. For the first time, the teams and players carry their real names, joined by elaborate animations for notable plays and digitized crowd sound effects to bring the stadiums to life.
