Tokyo, 2080. The capital has become ground zero for cutting-edge scientific experiments, advanced spacecraft development, and organized crime all at once. A newly engineered drug has entered the underworld — one that amplifies human pleasure to extraordinary levels but gradually destroys the user's will, turning them into an obedient slave. A dedicated police unit has been assembled specifically to investigate crimes tied to this drug and hunt down those distributing it.
