As a new Unitech Corporation employee, the player takes command of a private military taskforce with one assignment: fight the Cybrids. These mechanical beings were created by humanity long ago—a fact that lends the conflict a particular weight. Now they are the enemy, and dismantling their forces mission by mission is the job.
