Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation

In 199X, Tokyo ceased to exist. A barrage of ICBMs reduced the city to radioactive ruin, and the demons that had lurked at the edges of the world moved in to fill the silence. A handful of those who had built underground shelters in advance survived the Great Cataclysm, but survival underground brought its own dangers — demon incursions required constant defense. In response, a specialized unit called the Devil Busters was formed. Two decades passed. A new generation has grown up knowing nothing but the shelters, the darkness above, and the endless fight to keep what remains of humanity alive.
