About This Game

After a bank robbery in which guards are shot, your two criminal partners abandon you in the middle of the desert and make off with all the loot. That's where the game begins: in a quiet desert town, nearly broke, with the FBI closing in. There you meet Lula, an aspiring "actress," and together you set out to reach the top. In the first stretch, you spend a few days in the small town making enough money to buy a new identity and slip past the tightening FBI net — by taking photos and films of Lula at the nearby hotel. Once you've saved enough, you decide to go into business for yourselves. The second stretch has you building a movie-making operation: hiring and firing staff, generating film "plots," setting up cutting and editing facilities, and haggling for the best distribution deals until you can distribute films yourself. Build up enough money there and you advance to the final stretch, where — now established in the movie business — you open sex stores across the country, shifting into resource management and advertising until you've earned enough to launch the Lula television satellite into orbit, the game's ultimate goal.
