Panzer Bandit

In a world drained of its natural energy reserves, the rogue organization Arc has positioned itself to dominate by controlling what little preserved energy remains. Led by the ruthless Professor Fuarado, Arc's plan is to corner the supply and use it to conquer the world. Four heroes stand in the way — fighters who race to secure the energy caches before Arc can, then take the fight directly to the source: Arc's fortress of choice, a flying robotic whale that serves as the organization's airborne headquarters. The mission is city by city, battle by battle, until Arc is nothing but wreckage.
