A secret organization called Fata Morgana is developing a weapon capable of killing or wounding two-thirds of the world's population. A multinational combat task force called Project Blue has been assembled specifically to counter it — drawing pilots from across the globe to destroy Fata Morgana's operations before the weapon reaches completion.
