The school festival needs to be prepared, and it requires working alongside classmates to get it done. The preparation period creates opportunities for connection: time spent with specific people deepens the relationships. Where those relationships end depends on who the protagonist grows closest to — a love ending with a girl, or a friendship ending with a boy. The festival is the occasion; the connections built during its preparation are the actual subject of the game.
