About This Game
Two protagonists, two lifetimes, one world. Gustave XIII was exiled as a child because he cannot use Anima — the mysterious power that determines succession. His story spans decades, tracing an entire life from exile outward. William Knights is a treasure hunter pursuing ancient artifacts of enormous power; his story runs alongside Gustave's, the two narratives intersecting across generations. Characters within each story are born, age, and die, making the accumulated weight of passing time one of the game's defining qualities.
