Legend of the River King GBC
The Game Boy Color version of the fishing role playing game Legend of the River King.
The game consists of two separate modes:
"Fish" which is the main RPG mode where you set out to find the Guardian fish.
"Raise" in which you purchase a fish tank and raise a small fish in hopes for it to grow. Similar to that of a Tamagotchi.

About This Game
The player's sister is ill, and the only cure is the legendary Guardian Fish. The search takes the player through different environments, blazing trails to find the best fishing spots. Wild animals may need to be fought off with bare hands along the way. Fish can be caught with bait or lures, each with its own strengths. Small catches can be kept in an aquarium and raised over time. The Guardian Fish is out there somewhere — finding it in time to save the sister is the entire mission.
