Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! is the second game in the Spyro the Dragon series. In this game, Spyro is placed in the land of Avalar rather than the Dragon Worlds. Gameplay flows like the original game Spyro the Dragon, with few variations in control and Spyro's main abilities intact. The only notable difference is the removal of Spyro's side-rolling ability, previously activated by L1 and R1.

About This Game
A few years after defeating Gnasty Gnorc, Spyro the Dragon decides to take a vacation to Dragon Shores with his dragonfly pal Sparx — but the portal he steps through instead whisks him away to the land of Avalar, where the Professor, Elora, and Hunter had been trying to summon a dragon. A sorcerer named Ripto has invaded Avalar and is terrorizing its people with his magic: idols come to life and turn on their creators, Eskimos are frozen in blocks of ice, and a civilization of seahorses has had its water stolen away. Now Spyro must travel across Avalar, undoing all the damage Ripto has wrought and, ultimately, defeating him.
