A former policewoman named Takako founds Angel Arms — a private security company equipped with powered combat suits — to fight terrorism in the city. When the mayor is assassinated, Angel Arms finds itself protecting the crime lord Hassan, whose intelligence is the only available lead on the global terror ring behind the killing.
