About This Game
Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2 is set in a future where the population of a dying planet has been evacuated aboard the colony ship Pioneer 2, bound for the new world of Ragol. As Pioneer 2 moves into position to land, communication with Pioneer 1 — the advance ship that arrived ahead of them — is suddenly cut off by an enormous explosion on the planet's surface. Adventurers from Pioneer 2 are dispatched to investigate, searching for the Principal's daughter Rico Tyrell and an explanation for what happened. They find Ragol overrun with monsters, and follow messages left by Rico deeper into the planet's surface until they come face to face with an ancient evil known as Dark Falz.
