About This Game

Between the fighting tournaments she is known for, Nakoruru has returned home. The village of Kamuikotan, on Hokkaido's northernmost edge, is home to the Ainu — a people with their own traditions and practices — and it's where Nakoruru came from. The village elder, sensing something wrong, asks a young girl named Mikato to keep a close eye on Nakoruru. The player takes the role of Mikato. The game's story is built around what Mikato observes and experiences: how she grows to understand Nakoruru, what troubles the village and the friends who live there, and the bonds that form across a single stay in one small community at the edge of Japan.
